Willa V. Teasley Norton, VA ~ Willa V. Bentley Teasley, 56 passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at her residence in Norton Virginia.     She was the daughter of the late Robert Bentley and Stella Bentley; Also preceeded in death by husband, David Lynn Teasley Sr., daughter, Katrina Mechelle Teasley.     Survivors include, daughter, Felisha Renee Collier, Big Stone Gap; one son, David Lynn Teasley Jr., and wife, Janie, Wise; sisters, Wilma Teasley, Wise, Fayetta Johnson and husband, Doral, Norton; brothers, Paul Bentley and wife, Barbara Bentley, Coeburn; sister-in-law, Inez Bentley, Vergie, KY; 6 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.    Funeral services for Willa V. Teasley will be held on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darrell Bolling officiating. Burial will follow at White Oak Cemetery, Norton, Va. Brenda Kay Moore Salyers

Brenda Kay Salyers Coeburn, VA ~ Brenda Kay Moore Salyers, 58 passed away Monday, May 21, 2012 at her residence in Coeburn Virginia surrounded by her family and friends.     Kay was a life long resident of Coeburn, VA. She attended the Banner Rural Missionary Baptist Church in Coeburn.     Kay was preceded in death by her two sons, Bobby Horne and Kevin Horne; father, Wythe Moore Sr., two brothers, Wythe Moore Jr. and Michael Moore; two nephews, Randy Moore and Gary Moore.     She is survived by her mother, Edna Moore James, Coeburn; brother, Wayne Moore and wife, Betty, Coeburn; sisters, Darlene Nixon and husband, Buddy, Pauline Ratcliffe, Linda Ratliff and husband, Willie, Karen Meade, Barbara Gibson and husband, Raymond, Trish Carico; sister-in-law, Mary Moore, all of Coeburn; one aunt, Pauline Owens; two uncles, Hubert Steele, Castlewood and Bobby Steele, Bristol, TN; special nephew, Travis Gibson and wife, Crystal, Wise; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Beloved pet Sissy. Special thanks to Life Care Ambulance Service and her cousin Teresa Gardner.    Visitation for Brenda Kay Salyers will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2012 after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Willie Ratliff officiating. Burial will be Friday, May 25, 2012 at Temple Hill Memorial Park. The family will meet at the funeral home at 1:00 P.M. and leave in procession to the cemetery. Dale Travis Kennedy   Coeburn, VA ~ Dale Travis Kennedy, 73 passed away Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol Tennessee.     Dale was a member of Hoge Masonic Lodge # 8 in Wise, VA.     He was the son of the late Hobart  Kennedy and Vona Litz Kennedy.     Survivors include his wife, Janice Fay Kennedy, Coeburn; one daughter, Katherine Robinson, Lawrence, KS; three sons, Travis Kennedy and Thomas Kennedy, both of Wise, and Jeff Kennedy, Clintwood; 3 grandchildren, 1 nephew and a host of good friends.      Visitation for Dale Travis Kennedy will be held on Sunday, May 27, 2012 after 6:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM with Rev. Bill Crawford  officiating. Burial will be 10 AM Monday, May 28, 2012 at Rugsby Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: The Health Wagon, P.O. Box 709, Clintwood, Va. 24228.
