Mrs. Herzog was a retired department head of I.R.S. and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, St. Louis Chapter and Colonial Dames XVII Century.
She was preceded in death by her husband Arnold Herzog; her parents, Lawrence and Lucille Lee O’Bannon Short.
Survivors include a son & daughter-in-law, Ken and Lynn Gorda of Salisbury, NC and a granddaughter, Teresa A. Zeleznock.

Mrs. Hopkins was a retired business owner and operator of Saba Food Market formerly Mick or Mack in Pound for over 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harrison and Nannie Edwards Tunnell, First Husband Glen Bolling and a brother, Allard Edwards.

He served in the Army during World War II having attained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant.

Mr. Williams was a retired building inspector and former employee of University of Virginia at Wise and City of Norton.
He was a U.S Air Force veteran in the South Pacific during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Thomas and his Ella Margaret Patton Williams; adopted son, Joseph Williams; Brother, Colon P. Williams & Sister-in-law, Hilda Williams.

Mrs. Hayes was a member of the Pine Camp Church of God of Prophecy for over 60 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gilmer Hayes, her parents Marcus and Martha Hayes Duty; 3 sons, Denver Hayes, Dwight Hayes & Norman Hayes; 4 sisters, Belva Trent, Rendy Turner, Dolly Mullins & Minnie Meade; 3 brothers, Garland Turner, John Duty & Swin Duty.

Mrs. Culbertson was married Aug. 17, 1946 to Lee Edwin Culbertson who preceded her in death on Dec. 17, 1971. Her parents Duncan A. and Ettie B. Skeins Culbertson also preceded her in death.
She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, sister, grandmother and friend to all she met.

Gallatin, TN ~ James “Jim” Monroe McReynolds, 75, died Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tennessee.
Mr. McReynolds was a bluegrass musician and was half of the blue grass duo, Jim & Jesse and a member of the Grand ole Opry since 1964 also a U.S. Army veteran.
He was born in Coeburn, Virginia on Feb. 13, 1927 to Claude Matthew and Savannah Robinette McReynolds who preceded him in death. His wife, Arreta McCoy McReynolds and a sister, Stella McReynolds also preceded him in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Janeen McReynolds Allred, Gallatin, TN, a brother, Jesse McReynolds, Gallatin, TN and a half-sister, Virginia Greear, Dayton, OH and several nieces and nephews.
